*Baby Nurture - Stage 0

0 - 12 weeks

Calming, loving holds, nurture touch strokes and gentle rocking to assist settling, wind pain, colic and bonding. This class includes some sensory play.

(A good follow on is Baby Massage stage 1)

*Baby Massage - Stage 1 - 6 weeks to crawling

(Bonding, Fun and great for colic, constipation, muscle tone, flexibility and even brain development!) This class includes sensory play.

(A good follow on is Baby Yoga and Reflex)

*Baby Yoga and Reflex - Stage 2 - 6 weeks to crawling

Great as a follow on from baby massage, a fun, bonding class, great exercise for babies and can aid relaxation, muscle tone, brain development and much more!) This class includes sensory play.

 *Little Movers Messy Play - 6 months to 18 months

A fun Messy play class where babies and children enjoy exploring taste, touch, sight, sound and smell.  Babies and children explore all the senses together with their parent in a safe, stimulating and fun environment, assisting with bonding and fun parent child time.  

£45.00 -60 mins- 6week course

*Toddler Yoga - stage 4 - 18 months to 4 years

A great follow on from Little movers. (Full at present but waiting list available)

A fun active class using lots of songs and rhymes to explore yoga and movement. We look at breath, stretching, balance, and relaxation.

Sensory room play is for child and parent and friends to explore all the senses together in a safe, stimulating and fun environment, assisting with bonding and fun parent baby time.

Room hire Max of 6 including adults, babies and children due to the room size.

£30 for 1 hour Full sensory room hire with friends

10.45 - 11.45 am - Baby massage stage (1 hour)

Wednesday - 10.00 - 11.30 Pandas (free group)

For parents with Postnatal anxiety and depression, held at the Holistic Hub for Pandas Charity- please enquire.
